William M. Sligar, M.D.

Dr. Sligar has had a long and successful career practicing as a general orthopedic surgeon. With this experience, he welcomes and treats an array of orthopedic diseases and conditions. He earned his Bachelors of Science and Medical Degree from Tufts University in Medford, MA. Following his internship and residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals, he served as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy.
A native of Indianapolis, Dr. Sligar has spent most of his professional career practicing in Indiana. He served two terms as Clark Memorial Hospital’s Chief of Staff and President Elect of Medical staff.
Dr. Sligar will practice exclusively out of our New Albany, IN clinic location.
