Chloe Crowell, OT, CHT
Chloe is an occupational therapist who specializes in the hand and upper extremity at LOC. She graduated with a degree in exercise science from the University of Louisville in 2017, and then went on to pursue her occupational therapy degree from Huntington University (Fort Wayne, Indiana) in 2020. Chloe spent most of her college years working as a rehabilitation technician for a physical therapy practice where she became intrigued with the complexity of many hand and upper extremity conditions. After starting her career as an orthopedic based OT, she joined LOC in 2023. Chloe completed the three-year process for obtaining her certified hand therapy credential, and passed the board examination at the end of 2023. Chloe provides treatment and custom fabrication of orthoses for a variety of hand and upper extremity conditions. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, staying active, and being outdoors.
