Sarah Withrow, PTA
Sarah Withrow, PTA originally from central Kentucky moved to Louisville in 2020 with her husband, Josh and their goldendoodle, Rosie. She graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Somerset Community College in 2018 and has since been practicing in outpatient physical therapy.
During her time as a therapist, she has completed multiple continuing education classes including ASTYM and K-Taping which she continues to hold certification. She has experience with total joint rehabilitation and sport specific training with the goal to improve overall health and wellness to return patients to not only their daily activities of life but hobbies as well.
In 2019, she was nominated and has obtained the honor of a Kentucky Colonel.
Sarah strives to continue to improve herself as a clinician with the thought process that you should look to learn something new every day. Sarah works hand in hand with each therapist at LOC Sport Rehab Center to ensure that each patient is given the quality care and treatment they deserve. On the weekends she can be found at a local park with her husband and goldendoodle.
